My Mac is still in warranty can you help?
Technically, yes we can help. However our services won’t be free. If Apple have said they CAN’T or WON’T help then we can.
Our repair process is also much more likley to keep your data intact, where as Apple generally will format or wipe your device at the first opportunity.
Many of our services are much cheaper than Apple (Such as screen replacement).
How long will my repair take?
90% of our repairs are done same day or next day. Other more complex repairs will take longer. We do offer free loan mac’s for certain repairs we know will take a long time.
Can I ship you my mac?
Yes – for instructions on how to do this please give us a call.
What will my repair cost?
We will need to see and assess your mac before we can give a completely accurate quote. This process is 100% free so there is no risk to you.
Will I lose my data?
No! Our repair process does NOT involve wiping your machine. If you need specialist data recovery we can also provide this service.
Are you Apple Authorized?
But this is a good thing for your mac! We perform many repairs that Apple simply can’t (or won’t) do.
Can you do data recovery
We have invested heavily in hardware tools specifically designed to recover data from Apple Laptops and iMacs. These tools cost thousands of dollars and allow us to recover data not possible with software alone.

Yes, we offer a wide range of upgrade services for your mac from SSD’s to RAM we’ve got you covered.
